Reset password and account deletion

Learn how to reset your Pickler password or permanently delete your account if you no longer need access.

Reset your password

You can reset your password in the settings menu.

  1. Go to Settings → Profile

  2. Select Password

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to create a new password

You can also open this section by clicking the round profile icon in the top-right corner of your screen.

If you can’t access your account, contact Pickler Support to request a password reset link.

Delete your account

To delete your Pickler account, please contact Pickler Support.

Account deletion requests are handled manually to ensure that all company data is securely removed.
