Guide on using Draft and Verified statuses in Pickler: when to apply each, and verification criteria.

In Pickler, each product can be assigned one of two statuses: Draft or Verified.

Draft Status

The draft status indicates that the product is a work in progress. Products in draft may have incomplete data or need additional updates, making them unsuitable for sharing. Use this status while you are still gathering or verifying information.

Verified Status

The verified status confirms that a product is complete and ready to be shared. Verified products have fully confirmed data, ensuring accuracy and reliability. To set a product as verified, you confirm that:

From the form

When saving the form, you will have an option to save as verified or as draft.

Bulk update from impact reports overview page

You can also bulk update the status of products. This is done from the impact reports overview page.

Rules for Moving Products from Draft to Verified

To change the status from draft to verified, ensure that:

  • At least one draft product is selected.

  • No verified products are selected.

  • All selected products are complete.

  • No products from another company are selected.
