  3. Replying: Fin AI then identifies your question or issue and begins to generate a relevant reply, based on the information it found in the knowledge base.

  4. Handoff to a Human Agent: If Fin AI is unable to help you with your question or issue, you can always click the option to be forwarded to a real person. Then, it will seamlessly transfer the conversation to a human support agent.

It's important note that Fin AI maintains a conversation history, allowing it to understand the context of your queries and provide more accurate and helpful responses.
