How to get support in Pickler

We understand that using a new platform can sometimes come with questions. That's why we offer a variety of support options to help you get the most out of Pickler. Whether your question is simple or complex, we're dedicated to providing you with the answers and assistance you need. Here's how you can reach us:

1. Online Chat:

When you need an answer quickly, our online chat is the perfect solution. It's quick and easy to connect with our chatbot, Fin AI, which can provide you with instant support for many common queries. Think of it as having a knowledgeable assistant at your fingertips, ready to answer your questions in real-time.

  • Real-time assistance: Get immediate help with your questions or issues.

  • Quick and easy: Connect with our Fin AI chatbot to get quick and easy help with your questions. Or, if Fin AI isn't able to help you, request to be redirected to one of our employees.

To access our chat, simply click on the icon in the lower right corner of your screen, click the blue "Ask AI" icon that shows up, and then click the blue "Chat with us" button that shows up. Now, simply start typing your question and watch the magic happen.

If the chatbot is unable to solve your issue, then you always have the option to be put in contact with someone from our Support team. To do this, simply click the "Talk to a person" button that shows up during your conversation with our Chatbot. Then you will be forwarded to one of our Support agents.

2. Email Support:

For more complex issues or when you need to provide detailed information, email support offers a formal and detailed channel for assistance. This allows you to explain your situation thoroughly and include any relevant attachments, such as screenshots or documents. Email support also creates a written record of your interaction, which can be helpful for future reference.

  • Formal and detailed: Send us a detailed email with your query or request with additional relevant information, such as attached documents or screenshots.

  • Written record: This allows us to maintain a record of your interaction with you, for future reference.

To access email support, check your onboarding materials or previous communications for the email address of your dedicated support agent. If you can't find it, you can always send an email to [email protected].

3. Help Center and FAQs:

Prefer to find answers on your own? Our Help Center is a convenient resource filled with helpful articles and FAQs. It's a searchable database that allows you to quickly locate information related to your specific issue. This self-service option empowers you to find solutions independently, at your own pace.

  • Self-service: Find articles with answers to common questions and product feature updates.

  • Searchable database: Easily locate information related to your specific issue by searching for it.

  • Convenient: This option allows you to look for answers without having to get involved with a Pickler representative.
