An approach that we frequently come across with our clients is that they follow the steps below:

  1. Create the baseline footprint of all products in your clients/prospect's portfolio.

  2. Add the quantities used to their products to view the total footprint on yearly basis.

  3. Select the top 5 and start creating comparisons with alternatives to lower the footprint.

  4. Share the top 5 comparisons with your client and discuss price and product properties.

  5. Initiate testing of the alternative products on a small scale.

  6. Scale up to reduce the total footprint.

  7. Suggest options to include the reduced footprint in marketing/company claims.

  8. Repeat for the remaining portfolio.

  9. Send updates when the footprint can be increased further with new alternatives.
