Select the top 5 and start creating comparisons with alternatives to lower the footprint.
Share the top 5 comparisons with your client and discuss price and product properties.
Initiate testing of the alternative products on a small scale.
Scale up to reduce the total footprint.
Suggest options to include the reduced footprint in marketing/company claims.
Repeat for the remaining portfolio.
Send updates when the footprint can be increased further with new alternatives.
