Step 2: Select the transport method and calculate distances
When you recreate the journey over land, you will see the transport method and distance filled in automatically. This will be the case for sea transport too in the near future. For now, you will need to calculate these distances yourself.
If the field stays empty, select the appropriate transport method and calculate the distance between from and to location.

Step 3: adding more transport movements
Add more transportation untill you have fully recreated the transport journey of your product from production to warehouse.
Example
Production location to nearest port (truck and trailer)
Port in land of production location to port in land of warehouse (container ship)
Port in land of warehouse to warehouse location (truck and trailer)
Step 4: Add pallet weight and size
To calculate the impact of transport, we need to know the full pallet size and it's total weight including the weight of the pallet. By default, a Europallet size is prefilled. You can change this.
