How Pickler AI support works

Pickler AI looks up the correct information in our Help Center documentation, combines it with your question, and gives you a clear answer. It is designed to handle the most common questions about data entry, mapping, and LCA results.
If the AI is not fully sure about something, it asks for more detail or hands you over to a person.

Ask naturally: You can write your question in plain language.
Use any language: The system understands questions in many languages.
Be specific: Mention the product, material, or result you are looking at.
Use follow-ups: Ask follow-up questions in the same conversation.
