How backups work
Pickler automatically creates hourly backups of your account to protect your data.
These backups include all key information β such as your products, mappings, and reports β and are securely stored for 2 weeks.
How to restore your data
If you need to recover deleted or changed information, you can request a data restoration.
To restore your data:
Go to Settings β Backups
Select Submit a request
Our team will restore your account to the most recent available backup point
You can also email [email protected] directly to request a restoration.
Your restored data will replace your current account state with the selected backup version.
