How backups work

Pickler automatically creates hourly backups of your account to protect your data.
These backups include all key information β€” such as your products, mappings, and reports β€” and are securely stored for 2 weeks.

How to restore your data

If you need to recover deleted or changed information, you can request a data restoration.

To restore your data:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Backups

  2. Select Submit a request

  3. Our team will restore your account to the most recent available backup point

You can also email [email protected] directly to request a restoration.

Your restored data will replace your current account state with the selected backup version.
