Learn how to manage your company profile and apply custom branding in Pickler to create consistent, professional reports aligned with your visual identity.

Update your company profile

Your company profile defines how your organization appears in all shared Pickler reports and product passports.


When you share results with customers or partners, your company name, logo, and sustainability mission are automatically included — ensuring your communication stays professional and consistent.

To update your profile:

  1. Go to Settings → Company profile

  2. Under the Company tab, add or edit your:

    • Logo: Upload a JPG, JPEG, or PNG (under 2 MB)

    • Header image (optional)

    • Company name

    • About your company: Describe your business (max 1000 characters)

    • Sustainability mission: Summarize your environmental goals or commitments

Select Save to apply your changes.

All updates are immediately reflected in your shared Pickler reports and product passports.

Enable and customize branding

Branding lets you apply your own color scheme and logo across your account and shared reports, creating a consistent look and feel.

To enable branding:

  1. Go to Settings → Company profile → Branding

  2. Switch on Enable branding

  3. Upload your sidebar logo (recommended ratio 4:1, under 2 MB)

  4. Choose your accent color that aligns with your brand

  5. Select Save

Once enabled, your branding automatically appears across your account — including:

  • Product passports

  • Shared results and comparisons

  • Dashboards and exports

Best practices

  • Use a high-contrast color to keep text and visuals accessible.

  • Keep your logo simple and within the recommended ratio.

  • Review a shared report after editing your profile to confirm your logo, company info, and colors display correctly.
